Position Summary

The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance of all NSB facilities (16 locations from Bethel to Burlington - work truck provided) to provide an efficient and safe working environment for customers, vendors, and employees.

The successful candidate will have proven dependability and excellent communication skills as well as a basic knowledge of multiple building systems; mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, elevators, etc. 

This role is the primary contact for NSB vendors and contractors.  Relationships must be supported and maintained.

 

Requirements

  • Five+ years of related experience in construction, building maintenance, or project management; or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Carpentry and general maintenance skills are required. 
  • A valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment is required.
