Lost or Stolen Debit Card

If your debit card is lost or stolen, contact the Lost and Stolen Card Service Center through Vantiv immediately at 1-800-528-2273 to cancel your card.

To request a new card, you will need to contact NSB during business hours. Replacement cards typically take 7-10 business days to arrive; however, if you need your card sooner than that, be sure to ask Customer Service about our rush service.
