Northfield Savings Bank is seeking a Teller to join our Branch in Williston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, delivering exceptional service, and helping grow relationships within the community.

In this position, you'll process transactions, assist customers with their banking needs, identify opportunities to recommend products and services, and contribute to a welcoming, professional branch environment. You'll gain valuable experience, develop your banking knowledge, and play a key role in supporting the growth of our impact throughout Vermont.

Compensation

• Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $20.50-22.75 
   

Qualified candidates may be eligible for the Relationship Banker role, dependent on proven experience:

• Relationship Bankers will guide customers through loan processes, and have additional responsibilities

• Relationship Bankers must have 3-5 years of branch experience plus a high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent

• Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $22.00-24.25
