Northfield Savings Bank is looking for a professional to join our team as an Online Banking and Customer Support Services Manager in our Berlin Operations Center, located at 1021 Paine Turnpike North in Berlin, Vermont.
The Online Banking and Customer Support Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team that provides online and phone support services, cash management, other electronic banking services, and ATM and debit cards.
The selected candidate will be responsible for working with technical support to resolve issues and ensure all online and phone banking channels are serving our customers' needs. The Online Banking and Customer Support Services Manager must possess excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a strong team environment and to maintain quality customer relationships.
A Bachelor's degree and two years' experience in a financial institution and direct experience with online banking functions and customer support or related work experience is required.
Demonstrated project management skills and experience working in managing a technical or customer support center is preferred.
