Job Responsibilities & Requirements
The Item Processing Administrator oversees all electronically processed items such as teller work captured by branch personnel, remote deposits, mobile captured deposits, ATM deposits, and electronic cash letters.
This individual maintains a high attention to detail and accuracy in daily balancing, reporting, and file transmissions to the Federal Reserve.
The individual works independently and collaboratively with operational and branch teams to uphold service standards, maintain compliance, and ensure exceptional customer experience
This working hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with overtime hours as warranted.

Compensation
Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $23.50 to $26.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- This frontline position is crucial in creating a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience for NSB customers; a successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous cash handling is a plus!
- The Community Banker will be responsible for receiving and processing customers’ financial transactions as well as maintaining customer accounts and services.
- We are looking for someone who has the ability to develop relationships with our valued customers, protect bank and customer information, and maintain customer confidentiality.
- A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for the Senior Community Banker role, dependent on proven experience:
*Senior Community Bankers will guide customers through loan processes, and have additional responsibilities*
*Senior Community Banker must have 3-5 years of branch experience plus a high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent*

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- The Facilities Technician maintains all 14 of our NSB facilities to provide an efficient and safe working environment for customers and employees.
- A successful individual will have knowledge in the areas of building systems; mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. They will also be able to perform basic carpentry and maintenance functions.
- A dependable individual with excellent communication skills is desired to cultivate, manage, and maintain contractor and vendor relationships.
- This individual will be driving to various locations based on need and must be comfortable driving to all 14 of our locations in Chittenden County, Washington County, and Orange County.
- A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required as well as three to five years of related experience in construction or building maintenance.

- The Commercial Credit Administrator aids Commercial Banking Officers and other Commercial Credit Administrators in loan documentation preparation, setup, payments, and payoffs.
- This individual will support department reporting and quality control matters.
