Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- The Senior Credit Analyst will have the responsibility to prepare financial analyses of current and prospective commercial loan customers.
- This position is crucial in analyzing industry and economic conditions, completing cash flow analysis, completing full underwriting presentation, and performing credit investigations.
- This individual handles the most complex credit analyses and serves as backup for the Vice President of Commercial Services
- A successful candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment. This person must have technical ability and a high attention to detail.
- A bachelors degree in business, finance or accounting or 5 years of related experience is required.

Compensation
Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $66,560-$74,360/year

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- This frontline position is crucial in creating a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience for NSB customers; a successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous cash handling is a plus!
- The Community Banker will be responsible for receiving and processing customers’ financial transactions as well as opening and maintaining customer accounts and services.
- We are looking for someone who has the ability to develop relationships with our valued customers, protect bank and customer information, and maintain customer confidentiality.
- A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for the Senior Community Banker role, dependent on proven experience:
*Senior Community Bankers will guide customers through loan processes, and have additional responsibilities*
*Senior Community Banker must have 3-5 years of branch experience plus a high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent*

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- The Facilities Technician provides maintenance of all NSB facilities to provide an efficient and safe working environment for customers and employees.
- A successful individual will have knowledge in the areas of building systems; mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. They will also be able to perform basic carpentry and maintenance functions.
- A dependable individual with excellent communication skills is desired to cultivate, manage, and maintain contractor and vendor relationships.
- A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required as well as three to five years of related experience in construction or building maintenance.
