We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Community Banker at our Montpelier Branch located at 100 State Street, Montpelier, VT. This position offers a strong opportunity to work for a growing premier Vermont mutual savings bank.

The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing customers’ financial transactions, matching customers’ needs with appropriate products and services, protecting customer information and maintaining customer confidentiality.

Location: Berlin Operations Center

This position offers a strong opportunity to work for a growing premier Vermont mutual savings bank.

The Loan Compliance & CRA Officer is responsible for formulating and maintaining a bank-wide compliance program relative to lending and CRA. This individual must have the ability to maintain Bank compliance and mitigate risks in a way which minimizes operational impact and supports a positive customer experience.

The requirements for this position include: Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in all levels of the organization as well as outside agencies. The Loan Compliance & CRA officer must be highly organized and be able to analyze, comprehend and interpret banking regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in banking or a related field, five years of work experience of lending compliance and CRA compliance background in a financial institution are also required.

Online Banking & Customer Support Services Specialist
Location: Berlin Operations Center

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service, by providing prompt and accurate responses to all customer online banking and other inquiries via telephone and email. Developing customer relationships by earning trust and maintaining confidentiality is essential to this position.

Requirements include strong communication skills using professional business appropriate language, working knowledge of computer applications, a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent. We offer a training program to assist with learning the fundamentals of this position.

Exceptional customer service, opening and maintaining customers’ accounts and services, as well as guiding customers through the consumer loan process in accordance with established policies and procedures are requirements of this position.

The Senior Community Banker must possess excellent communication and customer service skills for both internal and external customers.  Requirements include 3-5 years of bank experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
