- The Director of Branch Administration is responsible for leading and optimizing the bank's branch network and call center to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence
- This role will support the strategic direction for retail relationships, sales, and services

- 10+years of leadership in retail banking or financial services is required
- College degree in Business, Finance, or Organizational Leadership is preferred

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- The Marketing & Communications Administrator supports marketing and community engagement efforts for Northfield Savings Bank
- This person will coordinate multi-channel campaigns, manage digital and print content, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- This role will support NSB events, sponsorships, and our charitable giving program
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business administration, or related field is required
- 5+ years in marketing, event management, or digital content creation is preferred
- 2+ years in the financial industry is preferred

- The Benefits & Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, handling employee benefits information updates, maintaining employee files and reports, and is the primary contact for internal questions and requests related to benefits and payroll.
