Business Systems Analyst

Northfield Savings Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business units and technology partners to identify opportunities for improvement and develop technology-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a proven ability to manage complex details with accuracy. Success in this position requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to effectively translate business needs into practical technology solutions

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions

• Develop, test, implement, and support systems and applications that address business needs and operational challenges

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and support technology initiatives

• Document business and system requirements, processes, and workflows

• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, user training, and implementation activities

• Support ongoing system enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field required 

• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role required 

• Previous experience working in a financial institution preferred

Compensation 

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $27.50-31.00 per hour
