Northfield Savings Bank is looking for an energetic, relationship-focused leader to serve as Branch Manager of our Randolph office. • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to branch employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.

• Drive branch performance through deposit growth, customer acquisition, and referral development.
• Maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sound risk management practices.

• Adapt to changing priorities and business needs while keeping the team focused and energized.
