Northfield Savings Bank (NSB) is pleased to announce the appointments of Lindsey Lozier and Will Mayer as Mortgage Banking Officers, serving Central and Northwestern Vermont.

Lindsey Lozier – Mortgage Banking Officer

Lozier brings a strong foundation in banking and community engagement to her role as Mortgage Banking Officer serving Central Vermont. She is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and has taken professional development courses through the Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance. In her role, Lozier supports homebuyers throughout the mortgage lending process, offering clear guidance and reliable information to help borrowers feel confident at every stage. Her commitment to community involvement is reflected in her work with The Barre Partnership, the Town of Barre Energy Committee, and Window Dressers. “The most fulfilling aspects of my career are meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and supporting them throughout the mortgage lending process,” Lozier said. “I am committed to educating my borrowers and guiding them with clear, reliable information so they feel confident at every stage of their mortgage journey. I also value supporting my community through active involvement and service.”

Will Mayer – Mortgage Banking Officer

Mayer, an NSB employee since 2022, steps into the role of Mortgage Banking Officer serving Northwestern Vermont. He is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and brings a strong customer focused approach to mortgage lending. Mayer’s background includes four years of work with the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington, where he continues to volunteer and serve as an ambassador. His dedication to supporting youth and families underscores his commitment to strengthening the communities he serves. “It is so rewarding when I can work with a customer to help get them into the home that’s right for them,” Mayer said. “Offering education and providing reliability pay off when I see that person holding the key to their new home.”
