Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • The Contact Center Manager will lead the Contact Center team in delivering consistent customer experiences across phone, secure messaging, online banking support, and digital self-service channels 
  • This person will be responsible for daily operations, digital servicing performance, technology utilization, staff development, service metrics, and regulatory compliance 
  • Additionally, this person will partner with all NSB business lines to implement technology enhancements, improve processes, and ensure workforce readiness

Compensation

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $66,560 - $74,360 annually
