Essential Job Functions
- Build and manage a high-quality commercial loan portfolio across a variety of business industries.
- Develop strong relationships with local business owners, centers of influence, and community partners.
- Analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and structure loan solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct ongoing portfolio monitoring to maintain credit quality and ensure timely renewals.
- Represent the bank in community organizations, networking events, and business development activities.
- Partner closely with credit, operations, and leadership to deliver quick, local decisions and exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lender, Relationship Manager, or similar role within a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, commercial lending practices, and loan structuring.
- Deep understanding of the local business market and a passion for community involvement.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable managing a growing portfolio.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small but highly effective leadership team.

Compensation:
Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $100,000 to $200,000 annual
