Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• The Northfield Investment Services (NIS) Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Consultants and Wealth Management team
• This individual manages referrals, schedules client appointments, and processes client money movement requests such as deposits, withdrawals, wires, and journal entries
• This individual also supports account opening and maintenance, prepares required forms, and follows up on client inquiries to ensure timely and accurate service

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred

Compensation

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $23.50-$26.50/hr
