Investment Services Administrator
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
The Investment Services Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Consultants and Wealth Management team
This individual manages referrals, schedules client appointments, and processes client money movement requests such as deposits, withdrawals, wires, and journal entries
This individual also supports account opening and maintenance, prepares required forms, and follows up on client inquiries to ensure timely and accurate service
High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred

Compensation
Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience) : $23.50 - $26.50 per hour
