Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • The Customer Support Representative must be comfortable navigating online banking systems while providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
  • A successful candidate with have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.  This person must have technical ability and a high attention to detail.
  • A high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent is required.

Compensation

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $20.50 - $22.75 per hour
