Eligible properties include: single family dwellings, multiple family dwellings with 1 to 4 units with 1 unit owner-occupied. Loan amounts from $417,001 to $650,000. Loans in this category must comply with the standards of national market investors and are frequently sold to an investor after closing. Custom quotes are available for loan amounts over $650,000. Downpayments vary from 5% (with private mortgage insurance and subject to maximum loan amounts determined by the insurer) for single family units, to 20% for primary residence properties with 3-4 units. This type of mortgage is available for purchase, refinance or permanent financing after construction.

Mobile homes permanently installed on owned or leased land. These mortgages are available for single-wide and double-wide mobile homes permanently located on owned or leased land. The mobile home site must include a slab or gravel pad and all normal amenities- power, septic, driveway, etc. Minimum downpayment is 20%. If you are considering a mobile home for a rented site, we have installment loans available.
