Line of Credit - Primary Residence and Second Home


The Home Equity Line of Credit product has an adjustable rate feature. The Annual Percentage Rate is based on the Prime Rate, as published in the Wall Street Journal Money Rate section, and may adjust monthly. The maximum Annual Percentage Rate that may apply within the life of the loan is 18%. Our Line of Credit offers a 12-year draw period and a 15-year repayment period after your draw period expires.

Notes


  • These loans range from $10,000 and up. The application process is simple, please contact us for your home equity application packet or visit our Home Equity section to download an application.

  • These loans are available on primary residences, single family second homes and one to four family investment properties. You are required to maintain homeowner's insurance on the property.

  • An appraisal fee of up to $149.00 will be assessed if appraisal services are required. Please contact our lenders for more information. WAIVED 

  • A title update fee of $150.00 may be assessed if the borrower delays the loan closing more than 15 days after NSB has obtained a complete title search.

  • The total amount of loans outstanding against your property (including your new NSB Home Equity loan) may be up to 85% to 90% of the appraised value of your property, depending on type.
