Primary Residence, "Jumbo" Mortgage
Eligible properties include: single family dwellings, multiple family dwellings with 1 to 4 units with 1 unit owner-occupied. Loan amounts from $417,000 to $650,000. These loans must meet national market investor standards.

Primary Residence, NSB
Eligible properties include: single family dwellings, multiple family dwellings with 1 to 4 units with 1 unit owner-occupied. All loan amounts. These loans may not meet national market investor standards, and are evaluated using NSB approval criteria.

Affordable Housing and First-time Homebuyer Programs
NSB offers a number of programs for Affordable Housing and First-time Homebuyers. Maximum loan amounts and terms vary by program.

Second Homes
Single family second homes with loan amounts to $417,000. These loans must meet national market investor standards.

Second Homes, "Jumbo" Mortgage
Single family second homes with loan amounts ranging from $417,001 to $650,000. These loans must meet national market investor standards.

Second Homes, NSB
Single family second homes, of all loan amounts. These loans may not meet national market investor standards, and are evaluated using NSB approval criteria.

Investment & Rental Homes
Eligible properties include: single family dwellings, multiple family dwellings with 1 to 4 units NON owner-occupied. Loan amounts are up to $417,000 for single family, and $801,950 for multi-unit properties. These loans must meet national market investor standards.
